Aloo capsi khadi

Recipe:

Onion – 2
Garlic – 4 cloves
Tomato – 1
Capsicum -1
Potatoes- 2
Garam masala- 1 tea spoon
Chilli powder – 1 tea spoon
Green chilies – 2
Coriander leaves
gram flour – 1 small cup
yoghurt – 2 cups
Sunflower oil for Tadka/seasoning

1) Saute onion and garlic with 2 teaspoons of oil. Fry until onion turns golden brown. Add garam masala, chilli powder, green chilies to the fried onion and saute for two minutes, then add potatoes and capsicum. Mix well and cover with a lid and leave for 10 to 15 minutes in medium flame. When potatoes are well cooked, add gram flour and mix well in low flame for 3 minutes.
2) Transfer the recipe to a bowl and mix with yoghurt and coriander leaves, your aloo capsi Khadi is ready.
